Mark Tappan (tappan@xxxxxxxxxxxx) asked for more info on the TR
from the scientific database workshop. ( Specifically if a copy
was available on the net. ). This is a worthwile enough report,
that I'm posting this to the group: 

I got a paper copy from UVA CS dept. 
( I *wanted* to find a digital version so I could post it somewhere,
  but paper is all they sent me! :-( 

I don't know who specifically to ask, but the dept. number is:

The editors of the report are: James C.French, Anita K. Jones and
 John L. Pfaltz. ( AKJ is chairperson of CS dept. )
