We have NASA GEDEX (Greenhouse Effect Detection Experiment) CD's. These contain files in CDF format. There are some utilities on the CD's, but apparently none that convert to netCDF or provide a practical way of going via ASCII. Does anyone have a utility for converting CDF files to netCDF? Does anyone have a utility for extracting a hyperslab from a CDF file & printing it in ASCII? Does anyone have any other suggestions?
