Hello netCDF Users,

Here at Lamont-Doherty Geological Observatory of Columbia University we are
in the process of converting all our marine navigation, gravity, magnetics and
bathymetry data to a netCDF file structure.  The data conversion has been 
completed,
and currently we are working toward upgrading our database management software.
The details of our netCDF datafiles were developed after many discussions with 
our
colleagues at the Scripps Institution of Oceanography and the Hawaii 
Institution of 
Geophysics, and the software development also is a joint effort.
