Anybody have the netCDF manual in emacs info files?

Recently I installed a new version of netCDF and, while doing that, I
saw a reference to something called makeinfo, which I am assuming is a
utility that will make info files for the GNU emacs info reader. Is
that correct? 

If anyone out there has already prepared netCDF info files, would you
mind if I ftp'd them from you, instead of installing makeinfo and
doing whatever it takes to generate my own?
