Hello! I have asked a question about netcdf library(Windows version).  And I
have just received the answer from Mr. Russ Rew telling me that he has not 
created one but someone might create.  So, I'd like to ask you of all whether 
you have netcdf library(Windows version).  
If someone has the one, please tell me how I can get it.  I'll greatly 
appreciate for your help.
