Sure.  Since I made reference to the time discussion thread in a new
question concerning time conventions in the netCDF FAQ (see
<URL:http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/packages/netcdf/faq.html#time>), the
"limited time" will probably turn out to be a decade or two.

But the request is reasonable, since the form of the current collection of
messages (75 HTML files) makes it difficult to search.  I've combined all
the messages into a single Unix mbox file and stored it in compressed form
as

    ftp://ftp.unidata.ucar.edu/pub/netcdf/time.mbox.Z
