Hi, > > Have read the article you posted to ncdigest/ncgroup which > is entitled "GNU Win32 NetCDF & UDUnits Libraries." > Actually, I have been doing the same thing you accomplished > ahead of, on my PC(CYGWIN32/NT4.0 17.4 i586 with > gcc/cygnus-2.7.2-961023 and g77/0.5.20) but have not > finished yet. And, I am facing with the troubles on testing > "nctest", "nc_test" and "nf_test". So, I'm interesting on > that > > SHOULD YOU HAVE TESTED THOSE FILES? > Yes, I did all the tests and they all passed, even the FORTRAN ones. However, I used the beta18 release of GNU Win32 and NetCDF-3.3. Earlier on I had ported NetCDF-2.4 with GNU Win32 b17 and it was much, much harder. Glenn did a wonderful job on the portability aspects of NetCDF-3.3. Which NetCDF version are you using? By all means use Netcdf 3.3 and gnuwin32 beta 18.
