I was wondering if there are folks with decoders for the
following product types available.

1) Comprehensive PIREP decoder (ACARS, voice, MAREP)
In particular, the pilot reports on NOAAPORT with turbulence, icing

2) TAF decoder

3) HANDAR decoder (SX__40 products)

Thanks in advance if you have some software available.
