NCO 2.2.1 on CVS has ncap bugfixes

Hello,

NCO 2.2.1 is available directly from the CVS repository.
It fixes the two known problems with ncap from 2.2.0.
These problems resulted in incorrect answers when
division and modulus operators were used. 
The ncap fixes are the only reason to upgrade.
