NCO 2.7.2 is released

Hi,

NCO 2.7.2 is released. The only user-visible changes are improved
printing with ncks -H option. Printing now supports multislabbing,
and all indices now refer to disk-based memory in a consistent
way. Henry Butowsky contributed all these mods. Thanks Henry!
