When you did subscribe, you have received or seen the way to unsubscribe.
There is no need to add garbage in every message sent and constrain
everybody replying to message to remove these lines (and also
store them in archives).
Mainly all mailing lists are working like that. What is possible (and
common) is to allow users to have reminders sent to them weekly
or monthly (or with digests).
