the following combo works for me (see CXX and flags):

export CC=icc
export FC=ifort
export F90=ifort
export CXX=icpc
export PROCESSFLAGS=-DpgiFortran
export CPPFLAGS="-DpgiFortran"
export FFLAGS="-mp -w "
export CFLAGS="-mp -w "
export F90FLAGS="-mp -w "
export LDFLAGS=M
