[netcdfgroup] ArcGIS export raster data

Hi, I am trying to use the "Export Raster Data" tool in ArcGIS, but for some reason, ArcGIS will not allow me to select the output folder. When I click on the open folder icon, there is a section called "Show of type: All filters listed." What is a filter, and is there a way to change the default folder?
