Howdy all! Wall Street might be melting down but here a Unidata, the netCDF distribution just keeps getting better! The current snapshot now builds under visual studio 2008 and passes all the tests that have been ported to Windows. (However many tests have yet to be ported.) Binaries for today's snapshot can be found here: ftp://ftp.unidata.ucar.edu/pub/netcdf/contrib/win32/netcdf-4.0_dlls_snapshot2008092909.zip To build from source get the netCDF snapshot from the netCDF home page: http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/netcdf For more detail on the visual studio build of netcdf-4, see: http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/netcdf/docs/faq.html#windows_netcdf4 Will anyone who tries these please email me with your experiences, positive or negative?
