Hi, I dont know which type of change you need to apply on your netcdf files but, maybe, you could take a look at the NCO (netCDF Operator): http://nco.sourceforge.net/ It provides a wide set of operator: The arithmetic processor could be helpful for your needs. (I admit I didn't never used it, therefore I can't help you more ...) Some documentation is available here: http://nco.sourceforge.net/nco.pdf Surely, someone in this mailing list will provide you more helpful tips to achieve your task.
