[netcdfgroup] (known) failure in ncdump with Sun compilers

Hi!

I have experienced make check failure with Sun Studio on Solaris and found the 
corresponding description on 
http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/netcdf/docs/known_problems.html ... I was 
finally able to check and install by compiling dumplib with -O0, as suggested.

Now, two issues:
1. I want to note that this issue indeed persists with recent Sun Studio 12.1 
on x86.
2. I wonder if Sun people are aware of this issue. Did someone report it?
