Hi dear all, I'm still compiling netcdf-3.6.2 (./configure --prefix=... ) since the error message I got is like: checking for /usr/bin/nm... /usr/bin/nm -B checking nm flags... checking for C-equivalent to Fortran routine "SUB"... pgf90 9.0-4 64-bit target on x86-64 Linux -tp nehalem-64 Copyright 1989-2000, The Portland Group, Inc. All Rights Reserved. Copyright 2000-2009, STMicroelectronics, Inc. All Rights Reserved. configure: error: Could not compile conftest.f I tried to find "conftest.f" this way in directory netcdf-3.6.2: find . -name conftest.f But I can't find it.
