Howdy Martin!

You need to get hdf5-1.8.4-patch1 or better. You can find it at the HDF5
web site.

Also, please don't just to make install. Do a make check install
instead. It takes longer, but wouldn't you rather be sure that
everything is working before you store important data? ;-)
