Hi,

How to tell if a given hdf5 file is netcdf 4 other than the fileextension? I opened a netcdf4 file in HDFView looking for metadata whichtells that the file is netcdf 4. I couldn't locate one.

Related problem, would it be possible to create a netcdf 4 usingHDFView? Any help is appreciated.
