Hi Ted. Could be another netcdf somewhere, I suppose, but shouldn't be. I'll check that. The 4.1.3 is an error that I noticed and corrected subsequently but made no difference. I also use a symbolic link to /usr/local/netcdf from /usr/local/netcdf-4.1.2, but maybe I've mixed things up somehow. I'll verify all that.
