Howdy all!

The Unidata NetCDF team is pleased to announce the new 4.1.3 release of
the netCDF C/Fortran/C++ libraries. This release contains bug fixes and
internal refactoring. See the release notes for the complete list of
changes

The 4.1.3 release source code is available from the following
URLs:
