Howdy all!

As attentive readers already know, we are splitting out the netCDF
fortran and C++ APIs into their own distributions, to remove unnecessary
dependencies between the libraries, and allow us to release them all on
different schedules, as needed.

The beta3 release of the stand-alone fortran library is now available:
ftp://ftp.unidata.ucar.edu/pub/netcdf/netcdf-fortran-4.2-beta3.tar.gz

Thanks for those beta-testers who noticed that the beta2 release didn't
handle netcdf-4 correctly. This has been fixed in the beta3 release.
