[netcdfgroup] problem when building netcdf

Dear All

I want to install netcdf-3.6.0 with intel 2011 compilers and i set environment 
variables:

$ export CC=icc
$ export CXX=icpc
$ export CFLAGS='-O3 -xT -ip -no-prec-div -static'
$ export CXXFLAGS='-O3 -xT -ip -no-prec-div -static'

$ export F77=ifort
$ export FC=ifort
$ export F90=ifort
$ export FFLAGS='-O3 -xT -ip -no-prec-div -static'

$ export CPP='icc -E'
$ export CXXCPP='icpc -E'

then, i write "./configure", then "make" and I get the following

Can anyone helping me fixing this please?
