Good day! I am developing a CFD-code, which will be run on remote supercomputer, where it can be terminated at any time by queue management software. Is it possible to save checkpoint data (up to several GB) into netcdf file, replacing old data by new one? Is it possible to protect the file from corruption if the program will be terminated during data writing? Thanks in advance, Pavel.
