[netcdfgroup] ncdump -x -v

Hi,
I just played with the -x option of ncdump (4.3.0) to get a ncml-file of that file, which is nice when working again with netcdf-java.
I wanted also to print out some values, so I tried -x and -v together, but without success. ncml allows to embed values in the <values> element, so it would be a nice feature if ncdump -v -x would add the values to the ncml-file.
