Hi David, Thanks for your answer. I tried to include both HDF5 and netCDF libraries in LDFLAGS/LIBS.Maybe I'm doing something wrong, what I'm doing is to define in my shell those variables like this:
LDFLAGS="-L/opt/netcdf-4.2.1.1/lib/ -L/opt/hdf5-1.8.10-patch1/lib/" LIBS="/opt/netcdf-4.2.1.1/lib/:/opt/hdf5-1.8.10-patch1/lib/" But still I get exactly the same errors.
