 * Cleaned up a number of CMake inconsistencies related to CMake usage,
   parallel builds.
 * Now passing -Wl,---no-undefined to linker when appropriate.
 * Corrected an issue preventing large file tests from running
   correctly under Windows.
 * Misc Bug Fixes detected by static analysis.
