[netcdfgroup] Compiling 4.3.2

I'm trying to compile 4.3.2, and I've already got a chean and checked
compile on HDF5, which was installed with
--prefix=/wof/wof/software/opt/local

There's an include and a lib directory down that path, too and hdf5
includes and libs are in there. Appropriate envVars are:
CC=icc
FC=ifort
F77=ifort
F90=ifort
F95=ifort
CPPFLAGS=-I/wof/wof/software/opt/local/include
LDFLAGS=-L/wof/wof/software/opt/local/lib
LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/wof/wof/software/opt/local/lib:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH

It's telling me it can't find the hdf5 libs but they appear to be there in
/wof/wof/software/opt/local/lib
