The NCL development team is pleased to announce the release of NCL Version
6.3.0.

This version contains a number of new computational functions, improvements
to our NetCDF-4, GRIB 1/2, and HDF5 readers, and many bug fixes.

This version was linked against NetCDF-4.3.3.1 and UDUNITS-2 (V2.2.18).
