I'm trying to build NetCDF-C-4.3.3.1 under OpenSuSE v13.1, and the build
has failed at the first check stage. tst_h_files has complained with the
following errors:

/home/gavin/NetCDF/netcdf-c-4.3.3.1/h5_test/tst_h_files.c:49: undefined
reference to `H5P_CLS_FILE_ACCESS_ID_g'
/home/gavin/NetCDF/netcdf-c-4.3.3.1/h5_test/tst_h_files.c:75: undefined
reference to `H5P_CLS_FILE_ACCESS_ID_g'
/home/gavin/NetCDF/netcdf-c-4.3.3.1/h5_test/tst_h_files.c:100: undefined
reference to `H5P_CLS_FILE_ACCESS_ID_g'
/home/gavin/NetCDF/netcdf-c-4.3.3.1/h5_test/tst_h_files.c:115: undefined
reference to `H5P_CLS_FILE_ACCESS_ID_g'

libtool appears to be linking against files in the HDF5 subdirectory
lib, but building HDF5 in the prescribed manner has generated a
directory called lib64. That said, it doesn't seem to be failing to find
the file.

Any suggestions would be most welcome.
