HI, I am trying to build netcdf for Ubuntu-16.04, using gfortran. However I am not able to get fortran90 option enabled I am forced to disable netcdf-4 as the configure is not able to find hdf libraries though I tried below option with paths pointing to hdf. ./configure --prefix=/whatever/you/decided --enable-netcdf-4 --with-hdf5=/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/hdf5 F90=gfortran ./configure --prefix=/home/sjo/PKGS/local/ --disable-netcdf-4 /home/sjo/PKGS/netCDF_4.4.4 Please help, if anyone has some suggestions, with best regards Sudheer ********************************************************************************** Dr. Sudheer Joseph Scientist, INCOIS, MoES, Govt. of India.
