Dear Sir,

The above listed subject is a problem posted on 13th September, 2016.

The solution request could be achieved by using Climate Data 
Operators(https://code.zmaw.de/). The command looks like below;

syntax :  cdo option, rlon x lat input.nc output.nc
example : cdo remapbil,r360x181 input.nc output_file.nc 
Note: remember to type 'r' before 'lon'.   The concurrent version is cdo-1.7.2
