Hello there

I am trying to use netcdf.dll (the pre-build C library, v 4.7.3) from Delphi
under 64 bit Windows 7, service pack 1.

Installed the self-extracting pack, but the compiler raises 'The program
can't start because netcdf.dll is missing from your computer. Try
reinstalling the program to fix this problem.' Copied the libraries to the
execution folder and to the system folder, used the full path when
referencing the functions, the error message just changes the path. Then run
dependency checker on netcdf.dll and it just exploded. Please see the list
of the missing dlls:
