Dear Yuichiro,

I installed netcdf-c with icx and netcdf-fortran with ifx recently, on both AMD
and Intel CPUs running linux, and they both went smoothly. Looking back at my
notes, I used CFLAGS='-O3 -g -fPIC -fp-model strict -xHost' in both cases, and
there were no errors.
