The netCDF team is happy to announce the first release candidate for netCDF
Fortran `v4.6.2` has been released. With this release, we will be pivoting
to getting the full release of the C and Fortran libraries out in short
order. In the meantime, thank you for your patience, and thanks in advance
for any discovered bugs and/or issues!
