Hi friends:

I cant find a link anywhere to netcdf-c API documentation.

For example, one might expect this page:

    https://docs.unidata.ucar.edu/netcdf-c/4.9.3/netcdf_documentation.html

to have a link to the actual API, but, it seems not.

If one googles "The NetCDF C Interface Guide", you just get out of data
links.
