[noaaport] No need to crash and burn this Wednesday: noaaport-1.4.0 is here!

Just saw that in the ftp://ftp.unidata.ucar.edu/pub/noaaport
directory. As expected:

1. SDUS8* K??? products are now sent under the NEXRAD3
category instead of HRS;
2. And it fixes the issue of it crashing whenever they switch to the BNCF feed, which they will on WEDNESDAY (5/20/2010)!
noaaport.admin.niu.edu is on noaaport-1.4.0, and it seems to be working fine. 

Also, can the symbolic link be changed from 1.2.0 to 1.4.0?
