[noaaport] NOAAport to remain on SES-1 after switchover to DVB-S2

After emailing Jamie Casamento, NOAAport chief engineer, he said the DVB-S2 details haven't been set in stone yet, except for this: the service WILL remain on SES-1. No repointing of your dish will be needed this coming spring when they switch over.
