Are you guys using the latest Novra firmware? We're using the R2V7 version, and we see don't see those errors from it...
Also, what is your signal strength and C/N? NWS says C/N needs to be 17 or higher as their standard. When pointing the dish, peak for C/N, not signal strength, and yes, there is a slightly lower signal that results when you do it this way, but it is still very strong.
