On our satellite feed, all data feedtypes are listing as 'ANY' instead of dividing them by the type of data, such as NIMAGE, NGRID, etc... I am thinking this is an ldmd.conf issue on our noaaport server. When we were bringing in the data through the unidata feed, it was doing this just fine. Here is an example using GOES data.
If your novra is connected directly to the dish, hopefully via it's on nic :) your ldmd.conf should look something like:
# DVB-S ingest EXEC "noaaportIngester -m 224.0.1.1" EXEC "noaaportIngester -m 224.0.1.2" EXEC "noaaportIngester -m 224.0.1.3" EXEC "noaaportIngester -m 224.0.1.4" EXEC "noaaportIngester -m 224.0.1.5" EXEC "noaaportIngester -m 224.0.1.6" EXEC "noaaportIngester -m 224.0.1.7" EXEC "noaaportIngester -m 224.0.1.8"Then on the relay (I use 2 or 3 relays where the novra feeds directly into them, and then from the relays data is distributed to all downstream boxes), the output should look something like:
011200F000/HGHT/2 K*m**2*kg-1*s-1 POTV20161101T152324.972215Z pqutil[29253] INFO pqutil.c:1181:display_watch() 8815 20161101152324.381218 NGRID 93517565 LTHA86 KWBC 011200 !grib2/ncep/SSIGFS/#213/201611011200F000/TMPK/30-0 hPa PDLY 20161101T152324.972244Z pqutil[29253] INFO pqutil.c:1181:display_watch() 14592 20161101152324.382846 NGRID 93517566 LVHA98 KWBC 011200 !grib2/ncep/SSIGFS/#213/201611011200F000/VREL/10 m HGHT 20161101T152324.972267Z pqutil[29253] INFO pqutil.c:1181:display_watch() 6725 20161101152324.383592 NGRID 93517567 LTHA30 KWBC 011200 !grib2/ncep/SSIGFS/#213/201611011200F000/TMPK/300 hPa PRES 20161101T152324.972295Z pqutil[29253] INFO pqutil.c:1181:display_watch() 15784 20161101152324.385345 NGRID 93517568 LCHA25 KWBC 011200 !grib2/ncep/SSIGFS/#213/201611011200F000/AVOR/250 hPa PRES
