This seems to occur quite frequently during widespread snow and ice storms - is it possible in this case that wet snow was accumulating on SBN dishes at WFOs resulting in missed packets and retransmits being requested? Seemed like the same situation occurred during the winter storm in the Plains a few weeks ago. Just a thought for consideration.
