out-of-sequence and/or missing/messed up packets being sent across NOAAport. 
NESDIS and the AWIPS teams have noted this as well.<u></u><u></u></span></p>

style="font-size:11pt"><u></u>&nbsp;<u></u></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11pt">The issue has been traced 
likely to the BMGS uplink, where they are indeed seeing products being sent out 
of order. Here’s what I know so far from one of the NESDIS folks about it:<br>

“We were told that the issue can't be isolated until we switch back to 
ANCF/HMGS.<u></u><u></u></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11pt">At this point, we suspect the 
issue could be at BMGS with uplink equipment.&nbsp; Switch to ANCF/HMGS is 
scheduled for 10/24.<u></u><u></u></span></p>
