It appears the SBN channel realignment exercise for this morning has taken
place, and for those using noaaportIngester via the LDM packaging, the
migration appears to be transparent.

Of note, there has been a drop in NEXRAD3 data overall on the SBN, so not
sure if this is indicative of a problem, or just a lot of sites switched to
clear-air mode this morning.  The bandwidth was close to 40G/hour before
the switch, and since the switch, is 25G/hour.
