THE NWSTG WILL BE OUT OF SERVICE DUE TO POWER OUTAGE FROM
1015 UTC FOR ONE HOUR ON APRIL 2... 1996.

THIS OUTAGE WILL AFFECT ALL CIRCUITS.  DATA WILL BE HELD AND
RETRANSMITTED UPON RESUMPTION OF SERVICE.
