THE FAA WEATHER MESSAGE SWITCHING CENTER WILL CONDUCT A SOFTWARE
RELOAD BEGINNING 210415 UTC.  COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN THE NWS
TELECOMMUNICATION GATEWAY AND THE WMSCR WILL BE INTERRUPTED
FOR 30 MINUTES.  TRAFFIC WILL BE HELD UNTIL SERVICE IS RESTORED.
