THE NWS TELECOMMUNICATIONS GATEWAY WILL BE DOWN ON JULY 16 FROM 
1115 UTC UNTIL 1135 UTC.  THIS WILL AFFECT ALL CIRCUITS.
     
THE PURPOSE OF THE OUTAGE IS TO FACILITATE RECABLING NECESSARY 
FOR THE ONGOING SYSTEM UPGRADE.
