467 NOUS01 KWBC 301544 MESSAGE 97-42 THE REVISED TOVS /RTOVS/ IS SCHEDULED TO REPLACE TOVS FOR NOAA-14 DATA ON OCT 15. AT 14 UTC OCT 15 NESDIS WILL REPLACE THE TOVS DATA DISTRIBUTED FOR NOAA-14 WITH RTOVS DATA. THE DATA WILL BE SENT IN THE IDENTICAL FORMAT AS FOR TOVS. THE SATELLITE ID WILL BE UNCHANGED. THERE WILL A SLIGHT INCREASE IN DATA VOLUME. NOAA-11 RTOVS IMPLEMENTATION WILL BE 12 NOV. HEADINGS AFFECTED ARE- TH/N S/A01-24 KWBC FM86 SATEM TR/N S/A01-24 KWBCFM87 SARAD RTH WASHINGTON
