0900 UTC GOES-10 FULL DISK DATA WILL BE REPLACED WITH A
NORTHERN HEMISPHERE SECTOR STARTING TONIGHT - 2/11/99 INSTEAD
OF THE PREVIOUSLY ANNOUNCED 2/15/99. THE CHANGE IS REQUIRED
DUE TO TEMPERATURE ANOMALIES AT THE SOUTHERN END OF THE
FULL DISK DATA.
