       THERE IS A FIRE AT THE NCEP COMPUTER COMPLEX IN SUITLAND 
MARYLAND.  THE FIRE DEPARTMENT IS ON THE WAY.  ALL OF THE CRAY 
COMPUTERS HAVE BEEN TURNED OFF.   THIS MESSAGE WILL BE UPDATED 
AS SOON AS WE RECEIVE MORE INFORMATION.
