TO BE DUE TO A WIDESPREAD COMMERCIAL POWER OUTAGE IN SILVER SPRING.
THE LOCAL TELCO IS NOW WORKING TO RESTORE POWER...THESE LINES
SHOULD ALL COME BACK UP ASA THEY ARE SUCCESSFUL...WILL KEEP YOU
POSTED.
